munge ie search and replace across files:
perl -pi -w -e 's/efilem/File Transfer/g;' *
to munge in subdirs:
perl -p -i -e 's/efilem/File Transfer/g' `grep -ril 'efilem ' *`
this is also reported to work, but I haven't tried it:
perl -p -i -e 's/oldstring/newstring/g' `find ./ -name *.html`
